In order to use atlantaperforms.biz, you must first become a member of the Atlanta Coalition of Performing Arts (ACPA). Upon becoming a member, ACPA will send you a user name and password to use on the Web site. When you become a member, you are required to give contact information. We use this information to contact you about our programs and services. ACPA also uses other information collected on atlantaperforms.biz to create personal profiles that can be viewed by the general public.

In order to use atlantaperforms.com, you must first complete the registration form and create a user name and password. During registration you are required to give contact information (such as your name and email address). We use this information to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest.

ACPA is the sole owner of the information collected on atlantaperforms.biz and atlantaperforms.com. ACPA collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our family of Web sites.

Tell-A-Friend

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about a show listed on atlantaperforms.com, we will ask you for your friend’s email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to view the show listing. ACPA does not store this information.

Special Offers and Updates

We will occasionally send you information on shows and special offers. Some of our newsletters from atlantaperforms.com include “Scene Stealers,” a monthly newsletter on social opportunities offered by ACPA member organizations; “Generation Arts,” a monthly newsletter on kid-friendly and family-friendly shows and events produced by ACPA member organizations; and “AtlanTIX,” a daily newsletter with offers for half-price ticket offers sold through the AtlanTIX ticket booths and discount ticket offers sold through georgiaperforms.com. You can sign up for these emails from us on our registration page.

ACPA will also occasionally send you updates on items of interest about our organization, and advocacy alerts that will keep you up-to-date on local and national public policy news of interest to the performing arts community.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable)

We share aggregated demographic information about our membership with our partners, advertisers and granting organizations. This information does not identify individual users.

With the exception of information for our members’ public profiles on atlantaperforms.biz, we do not share Personally Identifiable Information with Third Parties.

Service Providers

We use tix.com to provide ticket services on georgiaperforms.com. The privacy policy for tix.com can be found at http://georgiaperforms.tix.com/Privacy.asp.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.
