Users of AtlantaPerforms.com and AtlantaPerforms.biz must utilize these sites in accordance with the Atlanta Coalition of Performing Arts Internet Use Policy. The content and pages of these sites are owned and maintained by the Atlanta Coalition of Performing Arts (ACPA). Law prohibits unauthorized reproduction of any kind without the permission of the owner: Copyright 2006.
Examples of Illegal Use/Inappropriate Use:*
• Transmition any racist, sexist, pornographic, obscene, or threatening material
• Revealing personal information or personal information of others, such as
Home address or home phone number
• Activities that would disrupt the website or network
• Unethical or Illegal activities of any kind
• Sending unsolicited, commercial email to site users and/or ACPA Staff
• Using the website(s) to transmit any material (by email, uploading, posting, or
otherwise) that threatens or encourages bodily harm or destruction of property.
• Using the website(s) to transmit any material (by email, uploading, posting, or
otherwise) that harasses another.
• Using the website(s) to harm, or attempt to harm, minors in any way.
* ACPA reserves the right to determine what is inappropriate content.
Discussion Boards (Communities)
Community Discussion Boards are designed to provide a forum for members to communicate and network as one big community and through smaller affinity groups such as by discipline, job focus or career path. Discussion Boards (Communities) will not be used to transmit advertising for commercial products; however, press releases about Member shows, brief show announcements, production news such as announcing cast lists (not biographies), or other industry focused news, posted in designated areas, are consider acceptable use.
Copyright
• Copyrighted material must not be uploaded anywhere on the site. Violators are subject to access restrictions or possible legal action.
• Copyright Law prohibits unauthorized reproduction of this site (AtlantaPerforms.biz) of any kind without the permission of the owner.
Unauthorized Access
Users cannot collect personal information from third party users without permission. This includes, but is not limited to, address, phone number or email address.
Consequences of Inappropriate Use
ACPA will restrict access of users who do not adhere to the Internet Use Policy. Restricted access includes, but is not limited to: revocation of user's username and password, deletion of inappropriate material (photos, messages of Community Message Board, etc.) or possible termination of membership.
Atlanta Coalition of Performing Arts (ACPA) is the nonprofit service organization working to support and promote greater Atlanta's theatre, dance, music and film arts. ACPA was founded in 1984 by arts leaders from across the region, to connect the performing arts field both as a community, and an industry.
